We’re Tyler and Madison Metcalf! It’s so nice to meet you.
Madison has served in full-time ministry and worked with and counseled many parents and students (through death, suicide, divorce, and so much more). She is a Prepare Enrich marriage facilitator who has guided couples through premarital counseling. She’s also published books, spoken in front of hundreds, and worked directly with young couples to help get them out of debt and set up for success as young couples. Tyler is a financial advisor with 5+ years of financial experience and has served in ministry for even more than that. He’s also the best girl dad on the planet.
We went through multiple job transitions (like a lot lol), 2 moves, and 2 babes in the span of 4 years, so we know what it’s like to work through change as a couple. How does The Marriage Course work?
The Marriage Course is divided into 8 sessions that you can work through at your own pace! For each session, the two of you will watch a 10-15 minute video and then work through your workbook for that week! We will be talking through four main pillars in your relationship and will spend two weeks focusing on each one: Faith, Family, Finances, & Fun!
How long does The Marriage Course take?
The first task we give you in The Marriage Course is to pick out 8 dates on the calendar for you to go on a date and work through sessions (we recommend 1-2 hours for each date night)! We recommend picking out one night a week for 8 consecutive weeks, but you can do what works best for you and your schedule! You will have access to the course for life, so you can always come back to what you’ve missed or review helpful content throughout your marriage!
Is The Marriage Course only for married couples?
The Marriage Course is for anyone who wants to prep for all things marriage! Think of it as laying the groundwork for the marriage you’ve dreamed of. That means you could be dating, engaged, or married! It’s definitely meant for couples to walk through together!
Will I get a workbook or other materials?
Yes! Once you get The Marriage Course, you’ll automatically get access to everything you need to go through it—including a digital workbook you can print out and staple/put in a binder!
Should my partner complete The Marriage Course with me?
